Delivery policy

1/ Delivery rates:

>> Delivery in mainland France by TNT:
– Shipping costs: €13.1667 excluding tax

Shipping is FREE* for all orders over €400

* Please note: shipping is free only for orders placed via the website.
If you are absent on the day of delivery, the carrier will leave the package at a pick-up point.

>> International delivery by DHL or equivalent transport company or FLYTRANS freight forwarder:
– Shipping costs: Rates and delivery times in force via DHL or others.

Exception: For administrative reasons, certain countries must contact us to finalize their order.

>> For French overseas departments and territories and Switzerland: Shipments outside the EEC (French overseas departments and territories and Switzerland in particular) will be accompanied by three copies of the invoice and the customs clearance form. When you place your order with your delivery address for these destinations, your basket will switch to Tax-Free mode and you will not pay French VAT (20.0%) on this export sale.

PLEASE NOTE: for deliveries outside the EEC and French overseas departments and territories, customs clearance fees and other taxes upon entry into the destination country will be charged to you in order to collect your package. To find out the rates and amounts of these taxes, please consult the customs tariffs in force for your country or department.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and shipping fees.

2/ Delivery times:
Delivery times in mainland France:

Items are shipped in cardboard boxes or envelopes. Shipping times from receipt of your payment are 24 to 48 hours (business days) for products in stock, to which must be added the carrier's delivery times. (24-48 hours on average (business days) in mainland France)

International delivery times:
These vary depending on the country selected.
Your parcel number will be sent to you by email when your order is shipped. You can then track your order on the carrier's website.

Please note: Neither the carrier nor IMMUNE PHARMA can be held liable if delivery is impossible due to an inaccurate delivery address, it being specified that PO boxes are not permitted. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts by the carrier, the cost of return shipping will be charged to the buyer. The address you provided when confirming your order cannot be changed during delivery.

The delivery time cannot exceed, under the terms of the law, a maximum of 30 days from the confirmation of the order. Beyond this period, you are entitled to demand a refund for your order.

PRICES:
Our prices are quoted in Euros and include all taxes, excluding delivery costs. These are mentioned before the order is confirmed and are invoiced as an extra, unless otherwise stated.

Any taxes not indicated during the ordering process remain payable in any event, in accordance with the applicable legislation and at your sole expense (e.g., customs duties).

– Prices are guaranteed subject to obvious typographical or printing errors.
– Any change in the French VAT rate may be immediately reflected in our prices.
– These prices do not include a flat-rate contribution to shipping and packaging costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
– The company reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Items will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
You have 14 days to return your product if you are not satisfied with it.

Please note:

1- If you have made a mistake when choosing your product and wish to return it:
We recommend that you return the goods by post or other delivery service with a tracking number, including:
– A copy of your original invoice
– A note on plain paper explaining that you would like either a credit note* or a refund**.
*The credit note is valid and can be used for one year. This credit note can be refunded upon request (by email or by calling our Customer Service).
**Refunds will be made within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of your package using the same payment method used when placing your order.

NB: In this case, you are responsible for the cost of shipping to and from our premises, plus the cost of returning the goods. Please contact us. 

Returns are processed within approximately 5 to 7 days of receipt of the returned products. In accordance with our terms and conditions of sale, only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Consequently, returns of damaged and/or already used products will be refused. 

2- We made a mistake in preparing your package: you did not receive the product you ordered or it is damaged.
In this case, we will cover your return shipping costs as well as the cost of reshipping.

PAYMENT:

Payment for an online order is made at the time of ordering.

Any order not accompanied by payment cannot be shipped. You can pay by the following methods: CREDIT CARD: enter your card number (Visa, Eurocard Mastercard, American Express), the expiration date, and the security code (the last 3 digits on the back of your card). Your payment will be recorded as soon as your order is confirmed on the website. Your payment request is routed in real time to the secure remote payment manager, who carries out various checks to prevent abuse and fraud.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION:

When you use our website, you may provide us with personal data. This is particularly the case when you place an order. We also use cookies, particularly through Google Analytics, to compile statistics on the use of our website. This data is collected so that we can manage customers and prospects. We may share certain data with third-party companies such as those responsible for the execution, processing, or payment of services and orders. However, this data will not be used for any commercial purposes.
